How we work
A Florida company, straight about the limits
NA All Services LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, with registration details on public record with the Florida Division of Corporations.
We do outdoor and general property work. We do not do work requiring a contractor's or specialty licence: electrical, plumbing, roofing, structural changes, certified pesticide application and tree work needing a licensed arborist go to the right professional. We also won't haul hazardous material. Saying no to those jobs costs us work occasionally, and it's the right way to run.

How do you price a job?
From a free estimate in writing, after seeing the property or clear photographs. You approve the price before anything starts.
Do you do tree removal?
Not work that requires a licensed arborist. Small trimming within reach, yes; anything structural or large goes to a licensed tree service.
What can't you haul?
Hazardous materials, chemicals, paint, tires and similar items have their own disposal rules. We'll tell you where they need to go.
Do you work with landlords?
Yes — clear-outs between tenants, recurring grounds care across units, and photographic documentation for your records.
Are you insured?
Insurance details are available on request before any work begins. Ask on the estimate call.
How soon can you come?
Depends on the schedule that week. We'll give you a realistic date rather than an optimistic one.
