Four services for homes, rentals and small commercial properties, quoted in writing before any work begins.
Program 01 · Kept, not rescued
Lawn & grounds
Regular cutting, edging and trimming on a set schedule, plus seasonal clean-ups and bed tidying. A property on a schedule costs far less to keep than one rescued twice a year, and the visits are confirmed in advance so you know when we're coming.
Stage 2 · Estimate
In writing, per visit or per month.
Stage 3 · Schedule
A fixed day, confirmed in advance.
Stage 4 · Upkeep
Adjusted through the seasons.
Stage 1 · Assessment
Surfaces, staining and what can realistically be removed.

Program 02 · Driveways, walls and walkways
Pressure washing
Pressure washing for concrete, pavers, siding, fences and pool decks, with the method and pressure matched to the surface rather than applied uniformly. Done before a sale, an inspection or simply because a driveway has turned green.
Program 03 · Gone, and disposed of properly
Junk removal & hauling
Garage and yard clear-outs, unit clean-outs between tenants, and general hauling. Items go to donation, recycling or licensed disposal as appropriate — we won't take hazardous materials, and we'll tell you what needs a specialist instead.

Program 04 · Hands for the heavy part
Moving & labor help
Help for the parts that need people: loading and unloading a truck, moving furniture between rooms or floors, site clearing and general labor by the hour or the day. We quote the hours honestly rather than starting a clock and hoping.
